DAY 2 HIGHLIGHTS – 3rd Session of the 9th Synod, Diocese of Oji River


To the glory of God, Day 2 of the 3rd Session of the 9th Synod of the Diocese of Oji River was power-packed, deeply spiritual, and marked by impactful moments of teaching, worship, and administrative progress.

Holy Communion Service

The day began with a solemn Holy Communion Service presided over by the Lord Bishop of Oji River Diocese, His Lordship, The Right Reverend Ikechukwu Egbuonu, PhD. It was a sacred and unifying moment, drawing all in attendance into deeper fellowship with God and with one another. His Lordship led the service with profound spiritual depth, setting the tone for the rest of the day’s proceedings.

Powerful Sermon by Rev. Ralph Onyekachi

Following the Communion was another soul-lifting sermon delivered by Rev. Ralph Onyekachi. With fiery conviction and scriptural clarity, he charged the Synod delegates to pursue kingdom impact with renewed passion, obedience, and integrity. Hearts were stirred, and many responded in prayer and reflection.

Intense Bible Study by Rt. Rev. Stanley Fube

One of the high points of the day was the Bible Study session, facilitated by The Lord Bishop of Langtan Diocese, Rt. Rev. Stanley Fube. The study was deep, intense, and filled with fresh revelation. His Excellency challenged participants to examine their walk with God and to recommit to Scriptural authority in all areas of life and ministry.
