🌟 Day 3 of Our Synod: A Glorious Day of Charge, Honour, and Celebration
Day 3 of our Synod was a truly glorious and historic occasion, marked by a powerful combination of spiritual impartation, ecclesiastical honour, and community celebration.
The day began with the Presentation of the Bishop’s Charge by our Diocesan at St. John’s Church, Agbadala, Achi. With clarity and divine authority, the Bishop addressed the Church on critical issues facing the Diocese, inspiring clergy and laity alike to rise to a new level of Kingdom impact and responsibility.
Immediately following the Charge, the Synod procession moved to St. Paul’s Cathedral, Holy Hills, Oji River for the Investiture into the Order of Knighthood of St. Paul. The atmosphere was reverent and joyful as distinguished members of the Church were honoured for their steadfast service and devotion.
Those invested into the Knighthood included:
Sir Dr. Kingsley Eze (Centenary Estate, Enugu)
Sir Rear Admiral Kennedy Ezete (Ochiagha Inyi)
Dame Ifeoma Egbuonu
Dame Eunice Uzoigwe
Adding to the day’s celebration was the presentation of the Award of Grand Order of Kingdom Stewardship to Prince Nicholas Ukachukwu (Ikuku Oma Ndi Igbo). Prince Ukachukwu, a passionate supporter of the Church and the APC governorship flag bearer, was recognized for his outstanding contributions to the advancement of the Kingdom and community development.
From start to finish, Day 3 of the Synod was a beautiful display of divine order, honour, and unity in the Body of Christ.
